I encourage anyone reading this to follow me on Twitter. This is where I’m leaving the majority of my brain droppings these days. Twitter, Friendfeed (for the ultra-stalkerish type ) and The GSpot should give you more information than you want or need. If not, seek help. Now.
So, the rule is: if you follow me on Twitter I will look at your profile page, get a sense of who you are, what you write about, and what your intention is in following me and in being on Twitter in general. If you look interesting, funny, intelligent or otherwise intriguing, I will follow you back. If you look like a marketer, SEO or social media “consultant”, boring corporate dweeb, or just someone who wants to sell stuff and/or rack up followers (collect coins or something for gopod’s sake) then I will not follow you back. Period.
Also, if I know you or know of you and I think you’re a bag of pig swill, don’t expect a follow back. If I know you and I find you even slightly less reprehensible than a bag of writhing, maggot infested, pox infected, low rent, box of butterscotch candy (I HATE BUTTERSCOTCH!), then I will probably follow you.
